Well it really depends, doesn’t it?

Gigantic boobs exist, yeah — but there are a lot of cases in anime/comics/whatever where they’re just UNREALISTICALLY big? The kind where the ground shakes as they bounce up and…

Okay, throwing in my two cents because this could be an interesting conversation.

For me, there is a difference in large breasts which move/sit realistically versus giant sandbags or balloons that are not weight proportionate and do not move naturally. The latter examples can show that the artists lack an understanding of female anatomy and anatomy affected by physics. (I should be accounting for intentional exaggerations, but it still looks wrong to me. Personal call.) And while large breasts do indeed exist!, the way women in fiction are often drawn, they are not given the physique that is more realistic for that size; 48, 26, 40 is probably not going to happen in life.

Also: breasts do not sag to your belly button, nipples are not 2 inches below your clavicle nor do they stick out constantly, breasts are not perfect spheres. (To be fair: guys’ junk is often drawn so much lower than it should be. If it’s drawn at all. Otherwise they’re all eunuchs.)

So yeah, my problem is not the breasts themselves but how the breasts are caricatured? That’s p much it.
